
Brad Walker is a Senior Consultant and certified Master Black Belt in Six Sigma and Design for Six Sigma. He has trained and coached in DMAIC (Six Sigma), IDDOV (Design for Six Sigma), Robust Engineering, Taguchi Methods for Problem Solving, Quality Function Deployment (QFD), and Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (FMEA) and LEO (Listen-Enrich-Optimize) with a multitude of companies throughout North America, Asia and Europe. He has been instrumental in solving numerous quality problems, resulting in millions of dollars in savings and cost avoidance.
Brad holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University, and a Master of Science in Manufacturing Management from Kettering University. He started his career with the Delco-Remy Division of General Motors (Delphi Automotive Systems), where he was certified by Shainin LLC as both Journeyman and Master Statistical Engineer. He also worked as Advanced Engineering Manager for Optek Technologies Inc. Mr. Walker has also worked for Shainin LLC as a consultant.
