David Griffenhagen, MPH, FACMPE
Mr Griffenhagen has over 35 years of health care management experience in areas of group practice management, quality improvement, and employee relations. This experience was gained during his employment at the University of Pennsylvania, the University of Michigan, the Henry Ford Health System, and in managing private practices. He has been involved in the management of hospital based departments, multi-specialty practices in multiple setting, and in single specialty private practices. He was the administrative leader in the initiation of a Quality Management Program for a group practice and developed training programs for practice employees. He has made numerous presentations at national and regional Medical Group Management Association meetings. He is a Fellow in the American College of Medical Practice Executives.
Mr Griffenhagen provided consultant support in establishing a solo private cardiothoracic surgery practice. He has also performed a practice review for a plastic surgery practice in Indiana and facilitated a planning retreat for an eight member physical medicine practice.
He holds a Masters Degree in Public Health (Health Care Organization) from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Lafayette College in Pennsylvania.
