Linda Buck Houff
Ms. Houff has in depth healthcare product line development and marketing background. Project management is her major forte; organization and plan Bs are part of the tool kit. She has conducted brand image research for hospitals via focus group research and surveys. She also created a new training product line Xpert Coach for web training/meetings using which increased utilization of highly skilled in-dealership systems coaches. She was also responsible to manage the training team for the launch training of GM’s Hummer H2. She also helped client meet their goal of certifying all retail sales consultants and ensuring that the Hummer was being sold by qualified sales consultants.
