Dr. William F. Moskal
Dr. Moskal's background includes over twenty years of consulting expertise in the areas of team building and leadership development. To date, he has worked with over 2,000 teams in the public and private sector. He also served as Director or Human Relations with the Archdiocesan Schools in Detroit , Michigan , and an Associate Professor at Oakland University . Dr.. Moskal has been a faculty member with the American College of Healthcare Executives since 1984. He has developed and taught the highly successful Team Development series with the College. The most recent, Self-Managing Work Teams, is considered a benchmark seminar for the healthcare industry. Dr. Moskal is the past president of the Greater Detroit Chapter of A.S.T.D. (American Society for Training and Development) and the founder of the Organization Development Institute of Metro Detroit. He also serves as Board Director of the Michigan Art Gallery and a tri-city Chamber of Commerce. Dr. Moskal has written manuals and produced video programs in the areas of Team Achievement and Leadership Development. He has authored numerous articles on team building and presented at conferences nationally and internationally. Dr. Moskal has received numerous awards throughout his career honoring him for his professional contributions, distinguished achievements and excellence in programming. These awards were bestowed on Dr. Moskal from clients, national associations and local groups.
Dr. Moskal's educational credentials include a doctorate (Ed.D.) in Organization and Curriculum Development, an Education Specialist degree (Ed.S.) in Administration, and an undergraduate degree in Psychology (B.A.) from Wayne State University . He received his Masters in Educational Psychology (M.Ed.) from Marygrove College . He is certified as a professional consultant with the International Registry of Organization Development Professionals.
