Matt has been involved in productivity and quality improvement throughout his career and has saved millions for his clients. He has helped many organizations and industries throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, South America, Europe and China utilizing LEOSM (Listen, Enrich, Optimize), Lean Six Sigma, Red X, Design for Six Sigma (DFSS), Value Stream Mapping, Theory of Constraints (TOC) and the Toyota Production System. Matt is a Master Black Belt in Six Sigma and Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) and a Red X Master. He is also an Adjunct Faculty Member at Wayne State University.
